Our history

The administration and management of condominiums, flat blocks and commercial properties has been a core concern of ours for over 40 years! It all began in 1976 with the founding of a sole proprietorship, which Dr E. Karl Hauswirth quickly developed into a successful and recognised real estate law firm in collaboration with his wife, E. Maria Hauswirth. At the same time, Dr E. Karl Hauswirth taught his extensive knowledge of property management at the Vienna University of Technology. In 1988, he also initiated the first university property management course in the German-speaking world, which was established shortly afterwards in 1989. Continuously expanded and led by Dr E. Karl Hauswirth for many years, he fulfilled his teaching assignment there and imparted his knowledge. A few years ago, Peter Hauswirth, MAS, took over his parents property management business and continued to run it together with Dr Julia Hauswirth-Kleiber. Peter Hauswirth offers extensive expertise thanks to his focus on real estate law in the law firm he founded with Dr Julia Hauswirth-Kleiber and his certification as a court-appointed expert for property valuation, and can therefore also provide our clients with comprehensive support in various legal matters. The satisfaction of our customers is very important to us, which is why we have an expert team with many years of experience in property management.
