We offer domestic and foreign companies as well as private individuals interdisciplinary legal advice and individual solutions for various legal problems based on our many years of experience and expertise.
To expand our team, we are looking for an assistant (f/m/d) for 40 hours per week with immediate effect.

Your area of responsibility includes the following:
– Assistance for our lawyers
– File management and filing, writing according to dictation
– Telephone
– Independent processing of matters assigned to you
– Dunning and currences
– Land register, company register and trustee module
– Deadline management and appointment coordination
– WEB-ERV processing
Qualifications
– Matura or comparable qualification
– excellent German and spelling skills
– several years of relevant professional experience in a law firm (knowledge of
Advokat an advantage)
– conscientious
– solution- and result-orientated
– self-motivated

Salary
The position of Assistant offers a performance-related and market-compliant
salary of at least EUR 2,500 gross/month (40 hours).
Depending on professional experience and additional qualifications, there is a willingness to overpay.
